REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

  1. LATE CANCELLATIONS

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in cancellation fees being charged.

  1. CORPORATE SERVICES

Corporate wellness services, workshops and events cancelled within less than 72 hours may be subject to cancellation charges depending on preparation and operational costs already incurred.

  1. REFUNDS

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 7–14 business days to process where approved.

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following may be non-refundable once services have commenced:
• Consultation fees
• Workshop preparation costs
• Custom wellness programmes
• Digital products or downloadable material

  1. CLIENT SATISFACTION

Luleka Health and Wellness is committed to professional and ethical service delivery. Clients are encouraged to raise concerns promptly to allow reasonable resolution.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Luleka Health and Wellness shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including power outages, internet failures, natural disasters or emergencies.
